So the fiberglass attached backing wood finally dried, and it was time to drill the hole in it!
This SUCKED AND TOOK AGES since the wood was really really hard. Eventually, after 3 battery pack swaps, I got through
Next, it was screwing on the through-hull deck plate. It came with a thick rubber gasket to help keep water out.
Once that was tightened down, it was time to install the rest of the flue
It still looks like someone barfed over that part of my boat, so I have to sand that all down at some point and repaint with gelcoat. That can wait though!
Went inside and it all connects perfectly! Yay!!
Now to connect all the electrics and the fuel line, ughhhhhhhhh
Time for a sleepover party!
Finally, yay!
